The terribly not creative me had to do something different this time for Fi's birthday. She did complained that I've not exactly made anything for her, so I attempted something that almost everyone had done before BUT, throwing extra surprises.
Well, placing years ago pictures of both of us til today, cutting out little stickers that cost a bomb that was bought from "Made with love" @ PS, buying plentiful of colored pens, unfortunately those that I bought so can't be seen on black paper! I never fancied art, never come close to it. Thou' it was a 'chore' (just kidding)to finish the book, but amazingly I'm quite proud of the result. Come on, I never ever thought of doing something like that before ok!

Then, came the "little surprise" which are from the last few pages of the book, pictures of a trip that I've planned for her. So yes, I'm bringing Fi on a trip to a private resort somewhere out there. Gave up Bintan, Bali, Redang cause' everyone says its too commercialized and definitely, it'll be packed with loads of people. What we need is a relaxing getaway, don't we?

And am surprise that Fi was so touched that she teared, that shows its worth all the late nights, neglecting work and all, right?? But what else is fabulously terrific than to see the girlfriend smile?

The past week was madness. OTD project dateline was on Friday and we had to get it done in just one day. Before that, racked my brains, coming up with ideas on how to celebrate fi's birthday.
With lack of sleep and with Friday's partying at MoS, it adds to exhaustion, doesn't it?
With all the hyped that was going on at MoS, we decided to check it out. Small celebration for Fi's birthday. Thank god, we had priority queue and valet. god-knows how to get in.
Bottles were opened, fi enjoyed herself, sweaty..sweaty..most rooms were packed except the main room, which I believe its the best room of all. I don't care about club concept,nor good drinks, just as long the DJs can whip up great house tracks up, it gets me to the dancefloor. Then again, the company stayed mostly at RnB room and tracks were dragged for 3mins long, which hip-hop should never be played in clubs this way right? Its way too draggy, you know it.
End of it, MoS is..ok. Give it up for the many rooms - dance to different genres, long walk-ways-some breathing space, great hide-out if you wanna hide away from ya partner and search for others, isn't it? haha, play some hide and seek when your high on alcohol!
And to yijun and anne, darn sorry we left early, felt truly bad.

The following day, we had Initiation day, and had Games held in town. The "Amazing race". Totally drained me out! It's to welcome the new councillors, had 60 over people bunked in Changi chalet and ... we still had to have meeting there at wee freaking hours in the morning!!! Couldn't believe how I held it through.
