Let's see, I came up with a crazy idea of wanting to bake something, anything. Without having any clue of what to bake or how to bake any, we head down to "Bake-it-yourself" store near Newton Circus.
We decided to bake cupakes, it's pretty easy though, or so I thought.
The ingredients, I swear, were so foreign to me. Two sales lady had to instruct us to buy this and that. Thankfully we weren't ripped off.
How can one not make a mess in the kitchen!! Besides its my virgin attempt with the oven. And thankfully my darling maid allowed me to make a mess out of everything.

when the attempt begins...

Here's the fun part; I called it the 'engravings of the cupcakes'. And Voila!

Delivered the end-products to my grandma, grandpa, auntie and my beloved friends that I could get to see them within the next 2 days; may, jane g,jane p,pq,mel, nat, jun, mel, lauren and the others that I left out, apologies!

And we went grocery shopping and had ourselves ingredients for the next day's brunch. Fi was excited, though I was a tad bit tired from all the baking and blahs. But yes, the next day we woke up early to whip ourselves a heavy brunch. These two days spent in the kitchen is enough to make me stay out of it for months. Just not my cup of tea eh. But fi enjoys it...so we shall. =P

When my pap and mum's back, we finally had the chance to dine together. It's been plentiful weeks since we last seen one another over the meal table. We had dinner at Paragon's Crystal Jade. Food is alright, but apart from the ambience, food is a little too pricey for its taste.

All in all, the week spent could never been better. And apart from all the dramas in the kitchen which is not too bad an experience after all, it's down to studying of testsss.
I'll hit to the dashboard once again, shortly.=)
